As with any series that has been on the air for as long as “Supernatural” has, it’s no surprise that it has its fair share of dedicated viewers who probably know every fun fact concerning the Winchester Brothers. Starting off as a monster-hunting show, the hit CW production eventually introduced mythology, angels, and even Biblical aspects, which kept fans on edge, wondering what would happen to their favorite brothers. This loyal fandom has led to “Supernatural”-focused conventions, where attendees can meet the cast, including Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, and Misha Collins.
Despite some fans believing that the show’s quality dropped off after Season 5 following showrunner Eric Kripke’s departure, “Supernatural” continued to produce hidden gems that are considered some of the best of the entire series. These include “Death’s Door,” which saw the death of Bobby Singer (Jim Beaver), “Moriah,” and of course, “Scoobynatural,” the animated episode where the brothers and Castiel meet the Scooby-Doo Gang.
Though some may think “Supernatural” ran its course, there’s no doubt that its dedicated fanbase has contributed to its success. Even though it’s been nearly three years since the finale, it’s clear that this series will always be a favorite for many viewers.
